SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Urban Rings SA will take up to 48Hrs to process your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, we will dispatch it with with The Courier Guy, our trusted delivery partner.

We offer a selection of shipping options to meet your needs and budget. Standard Shipping - delivery to your door in 3-5 days. Express Shipping - These orders are prioritized in the order queue and shipped with an overnight service to main city centers after processing. Clients may also select the PUDO Locker option of R60.00. Your order will be sent to a PUDO Locker for your own collection, the address of which you will need to provide in an email to us after your order has been confirmed.

Once we have dispatched your order, your tracking information will be emailed through to you, check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Please contact us if you do not receive any shipping information after 48Hrs from placing your order.

Returns Policy

You may return your new, unused ring, in its original packaging, within 30 days for a refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Personalised (engraved) rings are not eligible for return. SALE items may be exchanged but NOT returned for a refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of order. If you need to return an item please leave a note with instructions in your parcel. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days of returning the ring to us. Refunds of orders paid through PayFast will have an admin fee deducted, the amount of which will be determined by PayFast.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges of non-personalised (non-engraved) rings are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please courier the ring back to us at the below address and include a note stating the size you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your ring, we will draw up and send an exchange invoice for the return shipping fee. This amount will be R135.00 for courier to your door or we can send your exchange to a PUDO Locker of your choice for R60.00. Please let us know which option you would prefer. Rings that have been customized (engraved) are NOT eligible for exchanges. We will accept exchanges of SALE rings within the stipulated time period.
